Our reception team
We are very fortunate to have an attentive reception team to answer our calls and attend to any questions or requests from our patients.
Lynne has worked with us since we opened our first clinic in Broxburn in 2004, and Christine joined the team in 2014 to help with the volume of calls.
Both our receptionists work part time to share the duties. If you do not receive an answer on our telephone, please leave us a message and we will return your call. All of our individual clinic telephone numbers are diverted to one main number and we can see all messages on our online portal to ensure we do not miss your message.
